The unique "SDCF September Coffee/Tea Fundraiser"

We are pleased to announce a brand new and innovative fundraiser that we would love to get as many individuals and businesses as possible to take part in during September 2026.

The Coffee/Tea Fundraiser, in association with Fortüne Coffee, encourages all those who take part to make a donation for every cup of coffee/tea they (and or their family/colleagues) drink in the month of September 2026. It operates on the same principle of putting loose change in the charity tin at the coffee shop, or rounding up your card purchase at any retailer.

The simple mechanism is to use the calendar (download HERE) and just tally up all your hot drinks each day for the month of September.

At the end of the month, donate the total in one payment using the DONATE button on this website. For Example, if you have 10 coffees/teas a day for 30 days, you donate 300 x £(your choice) to SDCF.

Please email us at admin@seandevereux.org.uk to confirm you are taking part and, for the first 100 participants, we will give you the Limited Edition Mug pictured below (remember to include your address).

The fundraiser is open to you, your family, your friends or your business/work colleagues; the more the merrier.

As ever, all funds raised will be used to support the education, welfare and all the activities that you see described on this website or detailed in our newsletter.

Finally, please do look at the Fortüne Coffee website.

The Sean Devereux Children’s Fund is delighted to be working with Fortune Coffee an emergent business that works with coffee farmers in Liberia to promote Liberian coffee, and which is looking to develop their business initially in West Africa and then beyond.

Founded by Dr Fortune Agbele, Fortüne Coffee is a women-led business that is working with small growers in Liberia and Ghana in an ethical and sustainable manner.

Both SDCF and Fortüne Coffee are looking at ways to develop our collaboration in Liberia, consistent with the values of both parties.

We would also like to acknowledge the charitable support of our local print business www.jdprinting.com, whose service and support has been greatly appreciated.
